The second Vette is a C5, not a C6. C6s started in 05 and have fixed headlights.
Tell your friend with the Mystic that if he takes off the plastic clips that hold the side skirt to the pinch weld close to the front passenger tire and back the side skirt away he can grab the rail there and straighten it out with some channel locks. I had two that looked identical to that and it was an easy fix. People will slap a jack there if they dont know what they are doing and bend that little lip out making the side skirt look like crap.
