BTW if you are going to spray don't use the ones the web site says to use. Go find a spark plug chart and find equivilent plugs but one or 2 steps colder depending on what your instructions are in your nitrous install.

Ok so he has a stock unit. How much money has he spent upgrading the stock unit? He must have done some work to it. 200-300 bucks on a car that runs in the 8's is not much money.

no no you didn't sound like a dick at all. I'm sure it has been done. And guys that do it have far more techical know how then me. they know how to tune a dizzy so to speak. How many rpm's to get advance in how to set up the curve. I on the otherhand have not really done to much of that. There for i turn to a race proven product let them know what i want out of my car and buy the part that will give me sucess.

there is nothing wrong with upgrading a stock distributor at all! People do it all the time. There is a falcon sitting in our shop right now with a keith craft 489 FE stroker that runs 8.30s with a stock style dist.

MAybe all you need to do to your dizzy is change the wieghts so that you get more mechanical advance. Look into it. It would be cheaper that way.

talked to my machinest today....he thinks im running out of fuel at the top end. He said i need to run two regulators.......????????? Does that make any sense? right now i have the aeromotive pump feeding the bottom end of the holley regulator and then having one line coming out of the regulator feeding the rear bowl and the other line coming out of the other side of the regulator feeding the front bowl. Should i run on regulator to each bowl?

do you have air/ful gauge? or recording system? like an innovative? I mena the machinest stating you need two regulators sounds dumb.. I mean I know several cars running 1050 dominators and pumps equivalent to the A1000 ( ibelieve thats what you said you have) and only run one regulator. he regulator setup is fine...have you talke dot any carb guys about hte 750? I mean its big for any 330ci motor but when it comes to performance you may need more. I am running close to a 950 (850 body) on a 357ci motor. Call some one like patrick james (pro systems) afte ryou do some kind of data logging on the air fuel...I would start with all the ignition suggestions mentioned above.... just my .002

Thanks for the advice.....i need to get a data logging system setup. Anyone know of any good ones? I have been thinking about going with a proform carb or sending my carb off to someone who can dial it in for my combo

This doesn't make sense at all. I have a 750 with one line off the reg feeding both bowls and i have never ran out of fuel. BTW what is your regulator set for when it comes to psi? I have the innovative afr and it works awesome. I only have one oxygen sensor right now i need to get another one for my left bank but so far it has given me nice readings.
