Haha...great, love it. The key is to stop being so lazy and just work out. People want an easy way out to look good. It doesnt work that way.

So true... People are damn lazy about it. They don't want to "eat right." They just want to keep doing what they are doing and take a magic pill to solve everything. My mom did that weight watchers program and walked every night with her friend for x amount of miles and lost twenty something pounds in 4 months or so. It isn't that hard, you just have to commit a little
