I seriously love this car, just the way it is.

I'm not feelin' the Cobra rear bumper without side ground effects though.

Don't get me wrond I think the car would look good with just a paint job, but I think a little extra wing and hood will make it look great after it gets painted.

Same here, I like the stock hood myself but if you must get a fiberglass one the small cowl is a nice look.

Does anyone know what size Cobra R hoods those are? I was going to order from Design Concepts and they have the 3½" hood. Is that the standard for the R hood?

You have good taste in hoods. Those are, by far, the two best looking hoods for our cars. That being said, keep the stocker!!

+1 Be different and leave the hood stock, LOL. The steeda aero-spoiler was a good choice btw.

I hate that stock LX rear bumper though.

I agree with what someone else said about saving the money for hoods/bumper covers and spending it on some nice 2.5 or 3 inch full over-the-axle stainless tailpipes. Ford had the look of the 5.0 LX hatches and notches nailed pretty good from the factory.

I think that with an aftermarket wing a small cowl absolutely sets the car off.

i say cobra because there sweet. side note i used to hate the cobra hood i also thought it didnt match up with the body lines of the car, but my opinion changed im planning to get that over the 2 inch cowl hood

I actually just purchased the Cobra hood and rear bumper. I know you guys don't like the idea of the rear bumper, but I haven't seen any hard evidence as to why I shouldn't like it. I think that if I can rig it up so the sides don't stick out so far to match the GT sideskirts it will look good. I also figured that if I didn't like it, that it woudn't be hard to sell at all.

I don't want to offend anyone, but I think that the Mach hoods look terrible. I hate when I see a really nice car with one of those hoods. Some reason or another it's just not my taste, and I also don't like any of the SVO scoop hoods either. I like something that is simple and doesn't stand out a whole lot.

I don't mind the Cobra R hood on a hatchback fox, but on a coupe it just looks off. The coupe just looks more square and the hood is not a fit with the body lines IMO. In your case the Cobra R hood would look fine but I still think the small cowl would look better. Better yet, keep the stocker!
