Something wrong with my speakers, you decide.

I turn on my car, and I hear the noise you hear in the video. I turn off the stereo, and it continues for about 5 seconds. This is a completely stock mach 460. WTF is wrong with it. It is a bassy sound, so im assuming it's the subs. Also, there was water in the back of my convertible top thing, could it have reached the stereo?
