I already have gotten 7 emails regaurding it in 2 hrs, so this thing should sell quick. I also have rims for sale there and I have gotten 2 replies on those...

ANYWAY, I put up a 375 dollar obo price tag for my console w/ extras. A guy emailed me with this.

I need immediate purchase of your item listed on craigslist, i will like to offer you $400 for it also my mode of payment is VIA (PAYPAL) so kindly get back to me with your paypal email address so that i can proceed with the payment..

He wants to do it with paypal so it might be ok right?
I responded with
Where are you located? I will give you my paypal address once I get your name address and why you would give me over my asking price other then for the price of shipping

He replied, very rapidly I might add,this
Its okay if you dont want me offer, also i will ask fedex or dhl driver to come and pick the item up as soon as the payment is done


So maybe if I give him my paypal account, he will wire me the money then some delivery guy just comes and gets it, that would be fine.

I would honestly ignore this. There are a TON of scams going around where someone offers more than you are asking and tells you that they are ready to pay ASAP.

That is just one quick search on Yahoo. Look around, the basic rule of thumb is when someone offers you MORE than you are asking...it is a scam.

exactly what I was thinking, some kid offerd me 340, and asked how everything worked, I told him he can come over for awhile and play some live if he wants, but I am taking my live account with me on my old xbox...

let him send you the money, immediately withdraw it to your bank account, once its in your bank 2-3 days, ship it out
