Spark gap and spark plug

whats the best gap and spark plug for a supercharger 91 pushing 7lbs and just bolt ons(stock e7s)

Perhaps a plug 1 or 2 heat ranges cooler (Autolite 24 or 23) and a gap about 0.35".

thats where i would start. if you up the boost and start having ignition problems in the upper rpms its time for an ign box if you dont have one already.

i ran around with no ign box on my car, would cut out at higher rpms and then i added one and the car quite suprisingly ran alot harder. was able to open the gap up
