If you are looking for some horses, do something to free up your intake and heads. Adding stuff like plug wires, CAI or Bosch spark plugs, is kinda like p**ing in the ocean, it won't make much difference.
You already have the free flowing exhaust, put on the PI intake and PI cams if you don't want to do the full PI swap, and you'll be much happier.
