I switched from Motocraft plugs and bosch wires to NGK plugs and MSD Super Conductors. Honestly there was a noticeable improvement. I think my headers had toasted one of the bosch wires though, so that probably accounts for it. Lots of peeps run the Ford Racing ones.

Opinions will vary widely. Speaking in absolutes (which are not needed on your car in all liklihood), iridium plugs are the best. Otherwise, I would run Autolite 25's.

Best plug wires: ones that dont leak. I run Mallory's on the fox and Superconductors on the 94. Both are fine. Might do Taylors next time.

Good luck.
