Ok, I am trying to remove the ac compressor, hoses, and condensor from the notch. Is there some special tool that I need to get or is there another way to get all of it loose? Thanks.

The tools make it much easier. You can buy a plastic set for under $10 or get a metal set for about $20. However you can remove springlocks without the tool but unless you are in a real bind why.

Well I guess I will be making a trip to autozone tomorrow then. I wont be putting a/c back in the car for a while, how do you plug the heater core lines that stick out of the firewall?

You and me both pal. Its getting cold now so I need the heat. I just hate the 4 hours of my day to do something as simple as that.

Any auto parts store should have them. I got mine at either Napa or Carquest since they're right here in town by me.
