Speed Wobbles / New Rims

Ok so I put on my new rims there's 17s but when I get up above 40 mph there steering shakes any ideas on what it is it didn't happen before I put them on like my old set doesn't wobble but they are smaller rims???

rim size doesnt matter as long as theyre round LOL. Have rebalanced

not likely but make sure the lugs are on right. I had my tires rotated at sears and they put the lugs on backwards on the front driver tire and it would drive normal when I was going slow when when I would speed up it would start to shake.

Just to get this out of the way, you (or whoever installed them) know that you need to tighten the lugs cross diagonally correct?
