Who here has installed a DM speedcal in their auto mustang? I just got done looking around underneath my car and inside and see that there is no opening by the shifter like they show on the DM website for the speedcal install? Did you guys have to create an opening or what did you guys do to install it?

I have an auto, and I have installed a speed-cal.

Its easy once you get started, 30 min job.
The 4 bolts that hold the shifter down, loosen them about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. If you look under the car you will see a half-moon indention on the right side (pass-side). That is where I ran the wires through. Just run them under the rubber gasket.
Be careful when you snug up the 4 bolts not to crimp the wires. Once you loosen up the 4 bolts you will see what Im talking about.

Good luck, if you need any more help let me know....:nice:

Alright I didn't know if that was just part of the tranny or the shifter. That should do the trick i hope! Thanks!

Yep it only took me 30 mins. to install my Dallas Mustang Speedcal.
The install is quite easy and straight foward just follow the instructions.
