Well it took me and my dad about 6 hours to put in the springs and new struts and shocks. We really took our time and made sure everything was right. I must say that I was amazed at how it changed not only the stance of the car, but the handling as well. The car has absolutely no nosedive, squat, or roll at all or if so very little. The tokicos actually made the ride about the same as stock. Its a little stiffer but nothing compared to what I imagined. Heres some pics for you and let me know what you think.

Looks real good . Where did you get the Tokicos from? I am about to do the same to my car, I just can't decide which shocks/struts to get.

I got the shocks and struts from Downs Ford. They were what came on the Mach 1.
