sportsman pistons -5cc what compression ratio at .030 over?

Thinking of buying these....

Sportsman Racing Products 271099 - SRP Professional Pistons and Rings - Overview - SummitRacing.com

they list a -5cc volume reduction, what compression ratio would that make an otherwise stock (E7s) 5.0 when bored .030 over?

Sorry for asking...is there a chart or something in the archives that might have this info?

Didn't check the link, but D.S.S has one. Tanner is normally good with this stuff though, if you beg him he will do the math...or meth?!
