I have the TRW spring rates. They don't make any reference to the Rallye package, but being replacement parts there would not be as many options as the OE, which would have tailored the springs for each car's content level.
I think the main difference in Rallye pkg spring/damping content was the adjustable (Gabriel Striders) shocks.
