Ive decided to go with eibach springs but i was wondering if i need to install anything else with that? People recommend CC plates too but I'd really rather not flip the bill for them...i know they arent too expensive but im a college kid and have no $$$. So can I just install the springs and leave everything else alone? oh and its an 02 gt but everybody probably figured that. thanx

Well If you go with the eibachs I think that are so low you might have to get the c.c. plates I went with H&R's and they didn't need them and were able to get the stock ones back to spec on a alinement for $48.00!
Money Well spent!
If you want to see a pic of My car lowered let me know and I'll post it for Ya!

I don't remeber what the stock height was??

It's now! 26 1/4" to the top of the wheel well
I think the drop was 1 1/2" - 1 3/4"

g/f is running eibach sportlines the 2in drop ones with out camber plates, had it aligned and it does fine, only been on for problably 1000 miles with out any significant wear issues on the tires, we'll see what happens down the road.

Ya sure
I did nothing other then Put the stock Iso's in the front and not in the rear !
I also Took the Iso and Cut it into 2 sections and put 1/2 on the bottom coil andthe other 1/2 on the 3rd coil!
Then once it was dropped I let it settle for a week adn took it to the alinement shop "Had to bring (2) 2x10's so we could get it up the ramp" and then wala! it worked out to keep the stock plates in and still kept it to Ford OEM spec's!
I gotta say It rides NICE and I'm going to upgrade the shocks to 5 way adj. soon bu the stock ones only have 10k on them and they will be more then fine for sometime!
I have had more people ask me if it was a Saleen in my area then anything!
So I guess the look is Good?
I like it!
I also got the Springs On Ebay from some dude for $150 shipped!
But If I had to pay FULL Price like at Tire rack I would cuz they are awsome and handle like I'm on Rails!

Right I didn't mean factory spec
Sorry
They spec as req'd by H&R .
They are better then Factory spec as per the alinement shop!
I'll have to look the numbers up but Bottom line is NO C.C. plates and she drives PERFECT!
