Spyware

Yup, been there, done that. I have a teenager still at home; that likes to hit many, many chat pages and games pages. Running SpyBot S&D, Ad-Aware SE and Microsoft Windows Defender (the "beta-beta" version of what was originally Microsoft Anti-Spyware) on all the machines- except the Linux box :D The full-race McAffee AV also does quite a bit of anti-spyware stuff. Keep them all updated regularly (weekly at the very least)!!!!!

Well, when Vista a.k.a. Longhorn comes out we wont have to deal with that any more.

 Yeah, right! :rlaugh:

I remember, about 4 years ago, when the "Tucson" project started leaking out to the semi-public, how it was gonna be soooooooooooo much better than crappy old Windoze 9(x); "Because it's on the Win2000 kernel"!

XP proliferated; and so has the 2000/XP malware. Wanna bet history won't repeat itself? How much? :p
