Sounds like the throw out bearing or some other related clutch problem...

if it is only when you put the clutch in, then i agree TOB. now i have a noise when the clutch pedal is in its normal state, but mine goes away when i put light pressure on the pedal.... been having this issue for a while myself and havnt narrowd it down yet. but yeah, TOB is the culprit... now some people have been able to get temporary relief of this issue by taking off the cover plate from the tranny (the sheet metal box thing) and using compressed white lithium grease to hose down the central shaft (to get worked into the bearing in theory) hose it down, work the clutch, hose it again, and recover it. may or may not work, have read mixed reviews on its effectivenes. but for 4bucks and 20 min, its not bad to try. OH, do this with the ar cold..... the grease will bubble before it gets worked in if not.

Dude!!! You have the same noise I have. What the hell is it??? It sounds like a speedometer cable rubbing on something. If you put just a slight amount of pressure on the clutch, it goes away. IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. Anyone with any ideas on what this is?

Same problem here after I had my clutch installed. 99.9% say its the TOB.
