I have pmag and steel IMI mags. Both work fine for me.

Some mags for the ak are loose which is normal while others are slightly tight.

My PMAGS seem to need some extra pushing to get them to seat, more so then the normal tap on the bottom of the mag b/c Ive seen others with the same issues w/ the same AR I have over on the S&W forums. My other polymer mag does not do that just the PMAGS and I have no issues w/ the steel ones.

Do a little sanding on the mags until they fit the way you want them to. Shouldn't be that difficult but a little time consuming. Worth the work I would think.

Not worth it when I can just buy ones that I know will work. Not going to buy mags and then have to modify them to work right.

you already bought those so why buy more. You stippled a bunch of stuff why not just buy other stuff that is already stippled for you?
I doubt it would take a bunch of time sanding.

what if you used a bi pod? would that help you with the 30s? Perhaps a taller sand bag.

If I stacked the sand bags up higher I would have to point the gun down and it would not be comfortable sitting that way. A bi pod could work but I'll just pick up some 20 rounders when I'm in cabales again

I would take a sig 1911 over a R1 all day. Don't get me wrong the R1 is nice (very nice actually) but it doesn't have anything on the Sig. I've shot both and both were nice but the Sig just more of a pleasure to shoot. recoil was similar, grouping was similar, action on the sig was smoother as was the trigger. Sig was more comfy.

what sucks is I just bought a house and cant afford either!

Thanks for your opinion on them, I will take that into consideration. This will be my first high end firearm but I figure this isn't a area I want to be cheap on and I'm sure it will last forever.

Ruger also has a nice 45. Shopping is fun, buying is all together different.

My ole ladies cousin has a 9mm Ruger (can't remember the model), it is god awful heavy. He does have some 30 round extendoe magazines so that's nice. I have the Ruger LCP with Crimson Trace, the only thing I don't like is how loose their magazines are. I'm not going to get into the sweep or trigger reset of the two guns but I probably won't be buying another Ruger. Unless it's a rifle, maybe, haven't really looked into them.

You try doing the job.
Too many people ordering at the last minute and then upgrading the shipping. You can't go out and rent more planes at uhaul.
You see stuff like amazon prime clogging up the system. People were able to sign up for a free trial and get everything over night. There needed to be a limit.
You can only work a max of 14 hrs a day and 60 hrs a week. Those are federal regulations. Not that I want to work those long hours and most others wouldn't want to either. It's incredibly tiring hustling all day long for 9 hours let alone 12 or more.

I say shame on all those that waited til the very last minute to order something. I don't feel bad for any of them.

The Industry will cater to the lazy and unprepared and delivery times will reduced. Bryan meet your replacement.

yeah I don't see it happening. Easy targets to steal from. Plus there will be noise problems. GPS is only so accurate on the civilian level.
You would only see that in areas with large populations and I can't imagine the sky being littered with those things.
