Thats the thing that sucks when they have people judge the shows and not actual judges. Alot of the people there dont realize the work, time, money and effort that chris had put into his car. One retard came up and asked him if that was the factory supercharger that came on the car, hes respones was....uhh no and its a turbo and not a S/C. Alot of those people dont even know what the hell there looking at, some people even asked me if that was a supercharger that I had on mine I think a car like Chris's would have alot better chance at placeing at somehting like FFW where the people that judge them realize top quaility work on car when they see it. Oh well its not all about winning trophys though just as long as SSOM comes away w/ at least one every show. ( congrats to mike ). Thats the reason why the Mystic Cobra took 1st over chris is b/c people see a car thats all pretty and nice looking and vote for it VS what chris has thats just had a ton of work done to it. I cant belive that 98 Cobra took third, that thing was bone stock and dirty as hell and he dident even have his hood opened from what I could tell, oh well what can you do it was good just to hang out w/ everyone again and we will do it all again soon. Larry welcome to the club

Although i'm not surprised,I don't quite understand the mystic winning either, I mean if you want to see a new mystichrome, just go to a dealer.

Im not sure when the next show is. Just keep an eye on this thread and you will know when the next meeting is. Although sometimes its can be a quick roundup for some Fatboys action in Brunswick or something.

Chris' car was very nice. I think he should send a pic to MM&FF. His car looked nicer than some of the ones in there recently. Very nice Chris. Kudos on a job well done.

Next show is Saturday, June 5th in Portland. I am sure Travis has more details than me. I just got off the phone with Chris, and he was wondering if you would like to order some shirts, hats, or decals Larry. Just need sizes and quantity.

I will never understand why a brand new car gets so many votes. Especially when nothing was done to it. At least do some mods and I can understand getting some votes. This is no slam to the 03s in the club.
Yea there were plenty of retards at the show. I had my back turned to one that was talking to Fred. He was telling Fred that he had a nice 500ci motor under his hood (Fred's car that is). I had to hold back the laughs while Fred told him that his Cobra has a 4.6L not a 500 cid. Everyone is a car expert.
Hope I didn't offend any of the ladies with my potty humor.

Yeah people go to car shows and they think there in expert on everything. Thats the only thing I hate about BE and other car shows is that I dont want people who know nothing about cars to be deciding who places and who dosent.

Potty humor was funny couldent belive you guys held a conversation that long about poo...lol. What really got me is when they were giving out trophys and some guy went up to get his and his last name was licks and you said....that would really suck if his first name was dick.... , I couldent stop laughing after that, that was a good one.

Is that the "under the bridge" show? I won third there last year. There were only 5 other stangs, i had the only late model. If we all show up we'll probably out number all the other stangs. And I won't have the boy for that weekend, so I can hang with you guys and discuss potty humor.

Hell yeah i want a shirt! Actually I'll take 2 larges and a size 5/6T for the boy. Oh, and a hat, too. Also, do they have very large decals? I was thinking about putting one on the top of the cabin of my boat so Dan and Mike don't blast me out of the water. Just let me know how much and who to send the check to.

Yeah but you helped out alot. I like having a sick sense of humor.
Talked to Chris today about a possible plan for a future dyno run but need to get my car running better. When I'm driving she runs hard but won't idle. Dropped it into 4th on the way home when Chris pulled up next to me on the pike and I took off like a raped ape. I was hoping Travis would have stomped on it too just to see how well his car would run. Oh well, save it for the dyno.

Gotta love the good old potty humor. Going to NH this weekend, anything going on next weekend? Maybe we should think ahead a little and possibly do a track rental at NED, when everyone is tuned and ready to go of course.

I would have but I dont want to compleaty smoke my clutch, it only holds about 5 PSI of boost before it starts to slip so it wouldnet have been much of a run while you guys are pushing 10 PSI. Once my Spec II is on and I have it dyno tuned then we can run them for S&G. Your car pulls like raped ape though.

I was thinking june 4th in epping. It's a friday. Then we could all let loose on the track and be ready for the show in portland on the 5th. And my sticky tires will be on.
