Overnite dropped off my exhaust today. If its called Overnite then why did it take almost a week to get to me?
Nice polished stainless cases on the mufflers. Which begs the question why polished cases? Its not like anyone is going to see them under the car. Damn those things had some metal spurs poking out of the seams. Stabbed myself once and that was enough. Hope to get those on tomorrow.

You just have to go into work like I do every day and just say 'I love my job, I love my Job'. Some of the guys after 25-30yrs of saying this still don't believe what they are saying. Just gotta go in with a smile and think about some day you will be able to retire. Just about every job sucks in one way or another.

every job is a different animal. They all suck one way or another. But that job has you by the balls. You can't just leave when you want to. I say the same thing about our management personnel. They are married to the job. They have to come in and work during their vacations if the boss tells them to . In my best Nelson of the Simpsons laugh....Ha Ha! I would really hate to be in management at my workplace.

As I said most jobs suck. It helps to get into something you really love and it really helps when you are your own boss. Every job still has its ups and downs. It must suck being out there in the winter time with big swells.
One of my frat brothers is a cop full time and a lobsterman part time. He loves lobstering but hates the cop job. He can't wait to retire so he can fish full time.

Yeah, you're right. Honestly, I'm lucky. I really enjoy everything about it. The only job I considered when I graduated from HS was close to Dan's. The navy wanted to put me in a nuke sub. school down in grotton. And this was during the cold war. So I said thanks, but no thanks and went off to university on loans that took me many years to payofff. Still...I think about that decision.

There are a lot of pros and cons to almost any job. The best thing I ever did was to leave my work problems at the workplace, and not bring them home with me.

There are a few test and tunes coming up at Winterport and Oxford if anyone is interested in going on a Saturday or Sunday. I really want to go and practice my launchs so I can improve on my *HORRIBLE* 60ft times from last weekend.
