Thanks, but I've fallen into the "don't care" mode. I've taken small, but significant when added together, financial losses w/ the co-op. Just in the name of self reliance/ownership. Honestly, I hate to see my harbor turned privately owned, but I've got to look out for #1. And Preston's trip to Disneyland is #1 right now.
