Yeah it was inspected. the guy just told us the shingles needed to be replaced within a couple of years. Some of those guys really don't do much but walk around and just take a quick look and write notes. No indepth testing here. you couldn't tell it was that badly damaged without ripping off the sheetrock or outside wood. It looks nasty.cold96snake said:Yeah, I can't wait either. The guy I had was pretty good. Took me around w/ him while he did it. Pointed every little thing out.
