Since the mid 90's the US has been in a more active hurricane pattern, pretty obvious from the bitch slapping FL took last yr. Even though hurricane prediction is alot more complex Id put alot more faith in the # of hurricanes predicted then what the local weather guy tells us for what the following weekend will be like.
