In the meantime, I'm declaring a martial law state. Any biker boy posers will be shot on sight.

Its a tough decision and a major leap of faith to leave a job thats a sure thing with benefits and retirement for uncertainty. Good luck.

It's a tougher decision to actually think about staying at my current job. Thinking that I will have a retirement and not be in control of it. See the government has been trying to get there hands on the billions in railroad retirement. In time they will. So, in 30 years guess what?? I'll get some hybrid retirement that the government has made up for me. No going to do it. I'am young enough to take control of my finacial freedom. You can't rely on anything but yourself these days. When the time comes, it won't be that hard to leave the RR...

I emailed DC controller and he told me to reverse polarity on both units. I emailed him back and told him that I think the water pump controller may be toast. I also mentioned why reverse it if the fan is flowing the right way and that the water pump works without the controller.
SOme of the epoxy melted and dripped on the floor. Smells real bad. You can see where it got very hot around the positive input stud. Looks a little burned around that area. Hopefully he covers it under warranty. If not I still have that relay from the fan that I can use.

No offense Chris, but a SE person gets screwed twice as hard. You have to pay your own SSI on top of your income taxes. Basically, it works out to $100,000 job getting 30k. Now tell me you and your buddy are gonna clear $250k on a tinting business.

We know all about that. We are sitting down with a lawyer to hash out how we want to set it up. So, we can't get sued and take our house ect.. BTW Sunmasters did 230k last year with one guy tinting. We will have three people. They don't advertise or go after the business like we will. Also we have three times the contacts as they do. When we open they will be crippled. Want to hear the best part, neither of us need the money from the business to pay our bills. That means all the money go's back into the business. We are keeping our other sources of income until the business grows to the point were we will need to be there full time. This isn't something we just thouht up. This has been in the works for a while now. You make it sound so bad, but last I remember, your self employed...
