Dan welcome back.
Saturday was a awesome day. Had a great time with you guys. My 2 new bests were on the last run...a 60' of 1.9 and ET of 12.1. I really enjoyed getting 5 runs in especially the first 3 being in 15-20min. I need a lot more practice though. Not being able to get the trans into 2nd in the first match with Larry sucked. Another run I spun alot in 1st gear against someone else. I'm looking forward to going back soon.
YEsterday I spent the day installing a new garage door. Took the old one down and put up a new one. The old door was really rotted. Looks good now I have to do the other side. Those doors are really heavy when the springs aren't hooked up.
In one of those vids I can distinctly hear Chris saying 'WTF Bryan'...yeah thats when I had a lot of difficulty putting it in 2nd.

My computer crapped out on me again, thats why I ain't checked in. Dan, welcome back.

I ran a 12.3 @117, w/ a crappy 2.0 60' time. So how much did you say you spent on that KB to run comparable time Worden?

oh, and I can't see the vid's cause I'm on the library comp.

yes but you have gears, i went 12.2 with 3.27s not 4.10s, plus you have a weight advantage.

Besides, we make pretty similar power,

oh yeah and you have a solid axle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ya f_uckin cheater! lol.

and it was 95F here when i made my run....i know it's all excuses.
I'll get my 11sec slip this year prolly in november or december when the air cools down

Fred told me this was 600 pages long but I didnt think the number was that close...

Anyways, I'm the one that helped Fred change out his blower and I havent left since..

And Worden, as soon as the pulley goes on, your time is up buddy boy..

Just so everyone knows I'm the one who has the stock 03 Anny. Cobra and it's driving me insane. Its a queer moment when you get beat at the track by a Yellow 01 Cobra.. Just gay.... LOL

I'm sorry Mike, you know I'm gonna say something. You might have had the 11 sec time slip already if you wasnt sleeping at the line like you was. From the light to the first 330ft mark I had you on street tires nontheless. But after that it was all you buddy.

But you owe me a rematch once my snake gets modded....

no ****....i really don't think an extra 10-20 HP is worth popping my short block for. i know a couple of people running the 3 inch pulley on their 1.7 01s and i am making more HP than both of them due to the timing they had to pull to avoid detonation. If i were to put the 3inch on i would only do it with a 100octane tune...and would have to switch pullies for track use. I really don't think it's worth the time for minimal gains

I have some weight saving plans coming up to make up for the HP shortcomings

Yeah I agree, when your dealing w/ over 400 HP to begin with 10-20 wont really make much diffrence one way or the other. Drop some weight, throw in some 3,73's and rip off some 11's
