I thought Chris' seats were too snug. Not comfortable for me.
Those Recaros looked real sweet but way to much $

Went to the track last night.

New best time of.

60' - 2.023

1/8 - 8.559

MPH - 83.73

1000 - 11.071

1/4 - 13.223

MPH - 104.69

Started out with the first run of a 14.2, then 13.7, 13.4, 13.3, and now down to 13.2, I did one more run after that but ran another low 13.3. It was not really all t hot out especially after the sun went down, plus Im launching the car better then I was before. Id really like to get 12's before the 3.73's go in but we'll see

Also beat my first LS1 Corvette so at least I know the car has some nut b/c it was such a close race, he ran a 13.588 @ 104.35 to my 13.460 @ 104.88

right now. 33. When is the last time you fit into those? Next time your forehead is up against my belt buckle, remind me to show you the tag on the pants.

I would like a seat that I can sink into. Something cushy but supportive. Sounds like a fat chick...lol.

How are the prices off the boat now? They are getting 6.99-7.99 for soft shell 1 1/2lb size and the hard shell are about 13.99. Needless to say it wasn't a cheap meal for just the 2 of us tonight.
Spent the afternoon at Portland Headlight. Very busy there. There was a Art show going on there today so that meant even more people but it was still a nice place to picnic.
THere were lots of cars going in and out. While I was behind another car we came over a hill and some long haired douche bag hippie was skateboarding down the hill in front of us. He was weaving back and forth so I briefly honked my horn to get his attention and let him know he wasn't alone on the road. He moved over and jumped off his board then flipped off the car in front of me. He swore at the person, raised his skateboard like he was going to hit the car. He yelled that the speed limit was 7mph. He was full of **** because the speed limit sign right behind him said 15mph. Needless to say we weren't speeding or even going close to 15. He just got pissed because we interrupted his fun. I laughed my butt off. I told my wife that I wished there was a huge guy in that car that would have gotten out and beat the snot out of the hippie. I started thinking of Cartman and his love of hippies. I think you guys would have laughed also.
