I hope you go to St. Louis.
I thought you were getting out and going to the private sector.

How much for Baer Brakes part #4xxxxxx? I found that Year One has it for $1111.50 and $22.66 to ship. That is well below a lot of other places. When you first go to that website it shows as $1235.00 but it changes when you put it in your cart . The next cheapest was $1203.13 with free shipping.

Nothing much new here, checked out that '97 cobra for sale here just to see...

It's actually pretty nice, if you can get past the gold flake, it's lowerered w/CC plates, flowmaster exhaust x-pipe, cervini's cowl hood...But I didn't have time to check the important things.

Those are some good prices. I could do $1250+tax & shipping. The thing is I'll never be able to beat most internet prices. What I can do is provide after the sale customer service if there is a defective part or something. You can do it in person, instead of hoping to get someone on the phone. That part is special order, so it would take 5-7 days.

I wouldn't want to drive a non power steering, standard vehicle that long. I would have jumped at the chance to get a new vehicle long ago. I'm glad the car I have now has power steering and a auto trans. It sucks driving those older vehicle without power steering. Lots of wear and tear on your body plus its very tiring.
My last route did the highest mileage per year in my building and that was about 47k per year. Thankfully I got a new vehicle on that route a few months after I started it. I started doing that route with no power steering and a standard trans. It sucked going up hill in that thing due to the lack of decent power. I had lots of hills on that route which meant lots of down shifting and losing momentum.
Chris
Thanks for checking but adding in the taxes really adds to the price. I did a lot of searching and that by far was the lowest I could find. Plus its a big name company not some no name internet only company.

Been using a FilterMag on my cars for several years now. I recently cut open the oil filter on the stang. After just a couple thousand miles this is the crud the magnet caught.

Those are fine iron particles. Glad I have this on my filter. Just a added layer of protection.

Just a little extra insurance to cut down on wear and tear.

I say Steve Saleen and the new performance car company he is part of. That is a more reasonable assumption.

Don't tell me you can't afford to get a dyno tune and chip done for your car when you are buying that stuff. When are you going to get that done?

LOL....http://videos.streetfire.net/video/VTec-Dyno-hamster_181513.htm

Next year its to late in the year to do it now for the amount of track time I'll actually get. I want a PS3 before winter settles in and both are $400+ and Im running short on time as far as coming up with almost $1,000. Ive spent over $4,000 on the car this year with parts and cost of install of everything. Thats enough for one year. I can get it all done have my rear tires put on and the tune done and the LCA all in a few wks when I get it taken out for next year.
