those are some big heads.

Had a showing on the house today. Found out this morning there was a offer made on the house yesterday but don't have the details yet.
Guess that firing the previous broker was a good idea. The new sales agent had some real good pictures taken earlier this week and uploaded. This guy is very motivated and this is his first sale so I'm sure he is hungry for the sale.

just heard the offer. It was insultingly low with a 90+day closing time. Can't take it personal because it is business. Oh well there are plenty of buyers out there. Good thing we are not desperate to sell.

there are more than a few people trying to bargain shop. some looking for 'short' sales or foreclosures. While others think they can low ball you and you will accept because you have no choice. This market does suck for sellers.
These people thought we might accept 24k less than our asking price. That's a lot of money when your house is going for less than 200k.

granted I'm no expert but they just seem huge but then again I remember reading a recent article about the size of heads. Its not really the size but how well it flows at your lift levels and power requirements. It was probably a article by Richard Holdner who is also doing some recent articles for CarCraft. Do a little research before buying.

sad news the other day hearing that Bushmaster is closing up the Windham plant and Thompson Center Arm in Rochester is also closing its location. The economy just doesn't seem to be getting better fast enough.

T/Cs problem is that they are WAY over priced and people are buying CVAs for way cheaper and the CVAs are better shooters

my bears got murdered!

Pats have a tough road ahead though...but i expect to see them in the AFC championship game at the very least

as for my bears they will see the playoffs and go out in conf round

thats what I heard on the news late last week. TC is owned by Remington I think, and they are being relocated to Springfield, Mass.
