it never ceases to amaze me how stupid people are. Monday it was -15 when I left the house. A few miles down the turnpike I saw a moron on a motorcycle and at that point it was -11.

so he had a few screws loose like his patients.
Took a second look at a home today and submitted a offer. Our house is still under contract and now just waiting for the bank appraisal.
Think I'm gonna need a cheap plow truck with the house sitting back 200' off the road.

just no traction. Moved it over to my friends house for the rest of the winter. Was fun trying to move it forward on the snow covered driveway. The tires were just spinning away in 1st gear and at a idle.
Got a counter offer on the house we want. We submitted a counter to that one. Who knows how things will pan out but they want too much money at this point.

I'll be moving to Casco in March. For now its a one year lease but a good chance of being a rent to own or to buy it out right. 3 Bedroom split level ranch with a detached 2 car garage.

Also picked this up today to go w/ the Air Tools I recently bought. Was on clearance for $246 and I had a $100 gift card to sears. 33 Gallon 1.6 HP

sorry to hear the sad news Mike. We all grow very attached to our dogs. Just like a member of the family.

Nice news for you Travis.
I went to a home inspection on the house we have a offer on. Spent 3 1/2 hrs there with the inspector. Cost some money but its was also very educational. Learn a lot such as how to repair different problems in the house and how some things operated. Money well spent. He is going back in two days to pick up the Radon level detectors then he will inspect the septic and leach field.
Cleaned out the attic last weekend and repacked everything. Moved that stuff and all my cabinets from the garage over to storage last night. Lots o fun.

sweet, looks like its a popular moving weekend. Will be awhile until I have everything I want in the house or garage but I'll work on it one thing at a time. Hopefully I end up being able to buy it. It was on the market for 189,000 so hopefully it stays a buyers market for another year or so b/c I can prob get it a little cheaper. Also has .083 Acres of land and a right of way to Thomas Pond

still a buyers market but rates are going up. If you could now would be the time to lock in a rate and buy.
