I will fred I have not forgotten about it . The most help I will need is when everything is ready to be installed. I did resolve one issue. The bolt holes and header flange bolts would not fit the ARP head studs I had or the percy locking bolts from the other headers that came with the car. The bolt holes on each were to small. Sent an E-mail to ed curtis and found out the bolt hole size that those heads actually use are 5 /16th and a chrysler SB bolt size and not the standard Ford 3/8 bolt size.

I'm hoping that by unbolting the tranny mount I'll get a little more twist out of the engine and be able to slide the passenger side header up in and I'll have to get a flaming river steering shaft to resolve the fitment issues on the drivers side.

binding up on the steering shaft

Did you see any snow this year? I haven't shoveled even once this year.

Trav, you ever gonna be able to drive that R or just like working on it ad infinitum? By the time you get it done you won't want to drive it in case something breaks.

Dan, suck it. If NY is for fags, jersey is for their girlfrends. We're still STANLEY CUP CHAMPS!!!

Seriously folks, hope you all are doing well and are happy. Spring is right around the corner.

I'm going to drive the F'ing snot out of it as soon as its running and tuned. I'm going to take all this frustration down to epping and dump the clutch at 5,000 RPM and rip off a 11.5

Thats the plan anyway

no I like the salty kind.
Sucks having all this snow back today. Good thing I put the snow blower back on the tractor Monday night. Took today off so I wouldn't have to deal with this crap all day at work then have to deal with it at home. Driving in this for at least 12 hours a day, including the commute, really sucks.

No issues driving in or home from work today, then again the STI with snow tires is like a tank. Ive yet to see a snow storm that has pushed the limits of this thing in the snow. Does suck that we go through pretty much the whole winter season with nothing for snow fall and now we get dumped on. But its going to rain this weekend so hopefully this stuff does not stick around for to long.

spring is on the 20th. Daylight savings starts on the 11th.
My subaru also does pretty good in the snow with the snow tires but you still get pushed around with the mounds of snow and slush. Took it easy this morning just going a few miles up the road to the post office. The crowned roads suck.
