STANGNET Flyers!!

every time i see a mustang in a parking lot i want to talk to the owner, but usually never do..some flyer that were 1/2 page big that advertised them to check out stangnet, etc.. wouldent be a bad idea, it could be half a page so two can be made from 1 piece of paper, nothing fancy, no pictures, just straight to the point, i would happily slap these flyers under the windshield wiper of every mustang in town, not only would it help them out, it would bring us stangers together!!:SNSign: it sounded like a good idea to me, all we need is someone to design it, writing to include the local classifieds/discussion, specialty forums and general, a spot to write our screen name etc.. you be the judge

I agree, this place is a free education on mustangs. But I think a business card like size would work better. More ergonomic than a half page.

I wonder if it would be legal? There is a major shortage of Stangnet members from my side of WA. Lots from the Seattle area. I have business type cards for our Mustang Club that I give to people.

Well ( with permission of course ) we all have computers and most Windows Office programs have business card maker on them. You can make lots for cheap.

I work for a valet company and this douche was putting these "Make money part-time" flyers on ALL of our customer cars..

I mean come on! These are BMW 7-series, Mercedes AMGs, Lotus's, Bentlys... etc

Do you REALLY freak'n think these people need "part time money"???? Stop messing with my freak'n customer cars.. they see those flyers on there and they think I did it or something.. or that I wasnt keeping watch of their cars well enough... ugh.. end rant.

Yea I can see your point with that kind of thing though. But if you see a nice Stang sitting there and don't want to wait for the owner a nice tastefull card wouldn't piss me off unless my car was scratched while it was placed there.
What I meant by legal was will Stangnet have a problem?

Thats something i never understood. People pay for companies merchandise..... to advertise for them... I like how SN works with you just paying for shipping.

I think ill have to have 2 stickers on my car though.. a SN sticker, and a www. s b f t e c h .com sticker. (anyone know why that website is a bad word here? if you put all of it together, it blocks it out like if i sad ****. )

I was trying to get the t-shirt with the LX hatch (not the coupe) and the only size they have it in is a small.. i dont think anyone wants to see me in a skin tight stang shirt lol.

Just use your computer and printer. Type up a few lines with www.stangnet.com fully visible and tell them in the paragraph that they have a sweet stang, come join us on the web. Save it to the computer and print off about 5-10 and put them in your glove box.
I used to have a bunch of the mickey mouse with the can openers printed and in the glove box. This was for when some idiot parked up on you , you could express your discontent without killing them. It said "next time leave me a ****ing can opener to get in my vehicle...azzholes like you should take the bus"

Yeah, that's what I hate more than anything. These guys with fliers should be meteorologists, because they can predict the rain EVERY time! Just put a flier on my car and within 13 min and 57 seconds, it rains.

Edit: Now what is this about stickers? Might be a stupid question, but where do we go to get stickers?
