Edit Confusing! and didnt makes since! tryed making two questions out of one and mixed them!:

I was out driving around tonight and my lights just dim! my alt has been replaced in the last two weeeks and my battery in the last month! What may this be?

My amp gauge read 12 and its ussualy on 14
My oil was fine and my temp was normal

Ok and my second question! : My car has trouble starting... (Click click click click then starts) Would that be the starter?

You lost me in the first part of the story. If the car was running and the amp light came on, that's not a starter issue.

I think I'm lost.
