STARTING PROBLEM, usually when it is hot out....

ok so i have a 95 cobra...i'm not sure what is all done to it except for headers, h-pipe, and flowmasters...but anyway, starting this summer i have had problems with my car starting sometimes, usually when it is hot out or if i have driven the car and it is warm...the fuel filter was changed, the ignition mod. and coil were changed...my mechanic says that there is no spark at the distributer sometimes, but that was before he changed the ign mod and coil...but i still am having problems....any suggestions?

oh sorry, the car turns over and everything like normal, it just seems like it isnt sparking or getting fuel....something is messed up and it is kinda embarrassing to have a sweet car that wont start...

what is the timing set at? Sounds like the ignition may be advanced to far try setting the timing to 14 deg. make shore you pull the plug over on the pasinger side so the timing is correct

Also, check the fuel pressure, plugs, cap/rotor for problems. Those will get you off to a good start.
