Starting problems!! strange issues

Well everymorning the car starts perfect! if you shut it down even after 5 seconds it will not start again! it will sit there and crank all day long but will not turn over and start. Fuel pump is making humming noise when key is on postion, so I know its kicking in. Anyhow the pump is only 1year old. Has new plugs and wires, new battery and alternator. If you let the car sit for a while like 6 hours it will start up again no problems. Its just the second time you try to start it the problems happen.

Any ideas as to what is causing this?

Choke sticking?Fuel pump relay switch? corroded leads at injectors, bad ground, getting fuel because it starts It would be less tricky to diagnose if it did not start at all! lol. not flooded? fuel injection malfunction distributor damaged, vacuum leakage, at fuel injection unit,loose or bad coil or alternator heck beats me.
