WHen doing a MA conversion, if you do not add a wire from pin 19 to the fuel pump relay, you will always get a code 95. The speed density cars didn't monitor, so that wire needs to be added. Vast majority of MA conversion articles omit this part (and wiring up the VSS)
If the pump cycles when you pull the codes, it obviously is a false code.
