Thanks ID89GT, MustangSquared. Found it.... it was just open back there and capped at the tb. Wonder if it will run better now. Thanks!! Any luck 5LitrePwr. I'll let you know too if I figure out engine off code 96.

AnthonyR23, thanks for the advice. I dont have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, just stock. I am beginning to think it is a fuel issue. When I turn the ignition to on position, the fuel pump buzzes for a few seconds and is quiet. I believe this is a sign that it is working correctly, I could be wrong. But it all seems to point to it being a fuel issue. Thanks again for your help, I will look into the things you've mentioned.

No problem! I know this can be frustrating. I am in the midst of it too. Its too bad there wasn't someone around in your area with a fuel pressure tester kit. Think mine was 40 bucks from canadian tire. If you lived in the area I would let you hook it up. Rather than throwing money at it. I literally just screws on. If you know your getting the right pressure that it could be something else. Did you find that valve on the fuel line, if you could rig something up that could work to, just gotta find a way to check the pressure at that valve.
