steeda shifter bolts tq specs

So my bolts on the steeda shifter have backed out again, causing a nasty vibration whenever i'm in the drone zone.
I want to torque these bolts down, and was wondering if anyone has the proper torque specs on 'em.
If not, do you think 15 ft-lbs is too much?

think u need to invest in some blue threadlocker
