The only difference between these is the Mac's are piggyback style correct? is that worth the extra $50, or is there some kind of quality difference? I'm very budget conscious....looking for anything that would make the Steedas worth $50 more. ease of installation doesn't matter

steedas are better quality, and not piggyback so you can use the timing adjuster with them.

forgot about the mac pullies not working with the steeda t/a.

i haven't heard much about the mac t/a. anyone have experience with it? the difference between the mac pullies/timing adjuster and the steeda is like half the cost of an h-pipe lol.

I bought some ****ty ones on ebay. Hawk racing or something. Work fine with my timing adjuster, when I had it. Had to space the CPS holder out with a washer though. I'd spend the extra 50 bucks on something else. How much higher quality can a pulley be? If you want them to look all nice and everything then ya maybe go with steeda, but they're gonna get dirty anyways.

I would go with the Steeda ones myself. They're better quality. Also they are SFI approved and I don't know if the MAC one's are.

I understand that there is an alignment problem with piggy back style pullies and problems with belts slipping and wearing.
