every time I turn the steering wheel the steering squeeks really loud. It did not help to change out the steering fluid. What could be doing this? I have looked under the car and could not see anything wrong or messed up in my limited expertise.

Possibly the ball joints...?? mine squeaked before I changed them and tie rod ends. I knew it was ball joints because it stopped for a while after I stuck an aerosol spray tube in the boot and spray greased them. Was only a temporary fix though. Depends on what kind of squeak you're hearing.
