I hope someone on this forum can help with a vibration problem I’ve had for over a year now. After I upgraded to the 13” cobra kit front rotors and calipers I’ve have had a vibration in the steering wheel between 45 and 55 MPH. I have done everything conceivable to try and correct this issue but nothing has helped. The steering feels OK not loose or sloppy and below 45 and above 55 the vibration is not present! I would appreciate any help or suggestions anyone might have.
Note: I have had the car looked at by a pro shop in Florida, Goodyear in 3 different states, and Ford in 2. No one and I mean no one has been able to find a solution.
List of things done after the vibration started:
ALIGNMENT
NEW TIRES
NEW WHEELS
NEW CALIPERS
NEW ROTORS
NEW BRAKE PADS
STEEDA BALL LOINTS
STEEDA BUMPER STEER KIT
4 BOLT CASTER CAMBER PLATES
POSSIBILITIES NOT YET LOOKED AT?
STEERING RACK
TIE RODS
SPINDLES/BEARINGS
STEERING BOX
