Hello,

I have a '65 coupe with the standard interior, standard steering wheel.

I have bought an replica wheel because the original broke around the center ring.

I have two issues with this wheel I was hoping someone could help me with.

1st. The spring loaded studs for the horn do not reach the rings that are mounted to the inside of the wheel. Any suggestions on how to correct this are appreciated.

2nd. I have a part I cannot figure out where it goes in the wheel assembly. It is of a ring shape with 4 small tabs on the inside, then has 3 large tabs with the left most point bent up, and a small bump in the center of each tab. It does not seem to fit on either side of the wheel.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
