Is it a signature series?
If it has a button like this, make sure this spring is in place correctly as shown here:

Welcome to my hell....lol. I haven't had a chance to do it yet but I am so frustrated with it that I plan on changing wheels.

You're SOL, unless you want to glue it on. These things suck.

It's always going to do that. I called Grant on mine and they are aware of the problem. They have a fix kit and they mailed it to me, a piece of velcro!atomicpunk said:

I took my Grant off and bought a Lecarra for the same reason....I also found the Grant made my hands sticky and brown....That wheel is POS.
