Their website says that the 619570 fits 05-09, so if an 09 is same same as a '10, then it should be doable. Have you contacted TCI tech and asked them?
Okay I talked to the TCI folks and they are indeed coming out with a Streetfighter shifter for the 2010 mustangs. The part number is 619575 and is expected to be out around by the first of the year.
