Hey guys, Both front seats of mine have a sticky seat tracks, they're practically impossible to push back, anyone have any suggestions on how to free them up? I've tried using WD 40 but it didn't help much but it did help.

Somebody probably used wheel bearing grease on them and it got all gummy. Remove the seat and unbolt the tracks from the seat. Carb cleaner or lacquer thinner will remove the old grease but will also eat off the paint. Krud Kutter will work without dissolving the paint but will take longer. A toothbrush will help.

After removing the old grease lubricate them with white lithium grease and you are good to go.
