I replaced my

ball joints
Struts
Inner/Outter Tie Rrods
and sway bar bushings

and i still get the same sound!

so that leaves

a arm bushings

and bushings for my springs ( i reused my old ones when i install my lowering springs)

is there anything else im missing?

it only happens when i turn either slow or fast...

a arm bushing easy to change? just unbolt???

I've seen broke spring isolators make that noise, also. We had a guy with a 99 Lightning come in said his ball joints were making a popping sound when backing up. He wanted them replaced. The passanger side ball joint did have some play in it. So, per his request, we replaced the whole upper control arm (ball joints are not serviceable on the F-150s) and it still popped. Turned out to be the spring isolators. Sucks for him.

i think im gonna kill two birds with one stone replace the spring isolators and while im in there do my a arm bushings!

so ur saying i can unbolt my a arm with everything still installed? i don't have to take everything off brakes, struts, springs etc...???

Sounds like that would be difficult trying to press out and press in new Bushings while connected up. You might want to consider some FMS Lower A Arms.
