Hey my car is pretty much stock besides exhuast and CAI. So i just checked my fuel pressure and with the key in the ON position (motor not running) it was 28 psi. And with the car idleing it was around 35. I would rev it and it would jump to around 40psi and then fall back down to maybe 33 then climb and idle at 35 again. So from my experience isn't this pretty low. I did a fuel filter maybe 6k ago so i maybe doing one of those real soon. But i wonder if my pump is just dying or my fuel pressure regulator. Oh well.
