You can find the weight on the ID tag in your door jam...or if you want to be really anal about it you could always get it weighed

I got mine weighed. With no spare or jack, 1/8 tank of gas, and 17x10.5 Bullitt rims on the back with 315/35/17 tires I was 3190.

How much does a full tank of gas weigh?? I would assume spare and jack are around 35-40lbs.

1 gallon of gasoline equals 5.8 to 6.5 lbs.
1 gallon of ethanol equals 6.59 lbs.

I weighed 3295 with a 1/4 tank of 92 oct. But I'm an auto, so you should come in less.

Ok so my 3330 minus say 14-15 gallons of gas is right about 100pds and I know the spare and jack weight in around 35-40pds that would put me about 3195 which is better than I thought.

Be ready for some big numbers !

I got mine weighted on a scale ( I own a convertible tho. ) and I was at 3747LBS with 1/2 tank of gas but full stereo full everything...

Let's talk about a heavy car...

But I still like her , it's my toy so I don't mind , I don't race it , I wrench on it and learn about it that's all !

Now you know why ( most ) Vert are slow...

about 3380bs(3600lbs w/me) without me and a little gas
gutted trunk
sway bar on
stock bullitts
o/r x pipe
dumps(no tailpipes)

so maybe with my mods i was good for about 75-85lbs less than stock(including o/r m/pipe)

I was at 3300 with 3/4 tank of gas and no spare or jack. The stock wheels are super heavy. Plus the Mach460 doesn't help either.

Add 4 more amplifiers and two subs for the Mach1000 I'd guess maybe another 60-80lbs?

What gain could be made from going from the 460 to an aftermarket unit weight wise? If you ditch the stock bullitts, what aftermarket alternatives would clear the brakes?
