you should check out the sticky at the top of the page,..GT vs. Cobra differences...there is a lot of good info there.

I believe they are rated at 215hp stock. Should be low 15s/high 14s depending on how its driven.

A nice off road X and a decent catback, along with a CAI and maybe some gears will really get that thing awake. You should pick up some serious power out of those little mods.

stock they came with 215hp and 270tq(<-maybe off I can't remember tq) 1/4 depends on driver, weather, traction they usually run any where from a 14.7/15.3. The x pipe and catback will free up some horses especially an o/r x.

Normal driver at a normal track would probably be 14.9 @ 94.5mph. This is for bone stock and a semi decent 60' (~2.2ish). They are rated at 215hp at the flywheel, but actuall make closer to 225hp. In 94 Ford changed their rating system, so the 10h loss from the 87-92's is all in paper numbers. They dyno around 190rwhp/270rwtq in the 5 speed, with a well maintained driveline.

The best mods for a beginner are exhaust, gears, and tires. Basically with just those mods I have dropped nearly a full second and gained 3-4mph, and its a ton more fun to drive. Mines making ~ 260hp with the only power mods being 13* timing, underdrive pulleys, o/r hpipe, weld-in flowmasters, MSD Blaster Coil, K&N filter, and a $40 ebay CAI.
