Just described what you hear. If it squeeks at idle or when you first touch the clutch, then goes away with the clutch in, it probably is the TOB. Mine has been making noise for a while now.

Sorry my computer isn't working well with the forum at the moment....
It started squeaking but now its a constant grind/chirping noise non stop. Sound doesn't change while pressing the clutch or not anymore. Track light is on as of today also which has never happened before. (One between the fog light and defrogger near the shifter).
I bought a new:
Clutch, flywheel, TOB, pilot bearing and main seal.
Not sure if it could be something else now before I swap everything this weekend.
